  • Do you have a store front?
    Unfortunately, no. But I do have a small shop where I work out of, and you can pick up your order from here!
  • What are your hours?
    Online store is open 24/7! & I am usually available for pick up Monday-Friday between 6pm - 8pm.
  • How quickly do you respond to emails?
    I try to respond to your message within a few hours, but sometimes life happens, and it takes a little longer!
  • Do you take Custom Orders?
    ABSOLUTELY! Please message or email me at to discuss what you'd like!
  • I saw something on social media, but I can't find it on your site, what do I do?
    If you can't find the item on the website, the item may be sold out, hasn't been uploaded yet, or has been taken down. Please rach out to me and let me know what you are looking for, and I will let you know if that item will become available.
  • How long does it take to ship out my item ordered?
    Each listing should have a production time and shipping time. If you don't see this on the item you are looking at, please reach out to see how long it will take!
  • Can I return or exchange an item I ordered?
    Most of my items are non refundable due to the personalization of each item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me!
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?
    I am so sorry that happened! I do my best to pack your item(s) carefully but sometimes accidents can happen during transit. Please reach out and send me photo(s) of your item(s) along with your order number and I will do my best to make sure you are taken care of!
