You can add a Jersey # and/or Name (or both) if you want - I will put it in a placement that looks best on design. Depending on Sport chosen, designs will be similar to listing photos, and colors will be matched based off photo, or generic colors.
I will try to get a preview sent over to you to approve before I start working on your finished tee! If I do, but no approval is made within 24 hrs, I will continue on with design made.
