All items are handmade in-house, and processing times may vary depending on the item and season. Most orders ship within the stated turnaround time at checkout. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Creatively Handmade is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen packages after delivery. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been started.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours with photos so we can help make it right.
