You can reach us through email, social media, or the contact form on our website. We respond as quickly as possible and are always happy to assist with any concerns. Because our items are handcrafted, we take the time to ensure every piece is made with care and attention to detail.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Your privacy and security are extremely important to us. We only collect information needed to process your order—such as your name, address, and contact details. All payments are handled securely through trusted third-party payment processors, and we do not store or share your financial information.

We never sell or share your personal information. Any details you provide are used strictly for order communication, shipping, or customer service purposes. You can shop with confidence knowing your data is safe and protected.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Interested in carrying Creatively Handmade products in your shop or boutique? We’d love to work with you! Wholesale inquiries are always welcome for signs, apparel, gift items, and seasonal collections.

Please reach out with information about your store, quantities needed, and the items you’re interested in. We’ll provide wholesale pricing, minimum order details, and turnaround times to help you stock the perfect items for your customers.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are handmade in-house, in order received, and processing times may vary depending on the item and season. Most orders ship within the stated turnaround time at checkout. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Creatively Handmade is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen packages after delivery. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been started.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours with photos so we can help make it right.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We love creating personalized pieces! Custom orders require approval and must be paid in full before production begins. Please double-check spelling, dates, and details when submitting custom text—your item will be printed exactly as entered.
